que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes. Para desplazamientos internos, la Compa�
apuesta por el uso de las herramientas de Iberm�ca en Red (videoconferencia,
audioconferencia, etc.) que permiten colaborar y trabajar en equipo sin viajar.</font></P></BLOCKQUOTE>

sus viajes</STRONG></font></P>

<P><font face="Arial" size="2">Cada profesional de Iberm�ca debe de reservar y

Plataforma Corporativa de Viajes</A>, aplicaci�n la que de una forma r�da e
intuitiva podr�ontratar vuelos, hoteles y coches de alquiler.</font></P></BLOCKQUOTE>
<P><font face="Arial" size="2"><STRONG>Existe un grupo de apoyo</STRONG></font></P>

<P><font face="Arial" size="2">Se ha formado un equipo de Asistentes para Viajes
(AV�s). Lo forman un grupo de profesionales cuya funci�s:</font></P>

en el uso de la plataforma.</font></LI>
<LI><font face="Arial" size="2">Asistir a los profesionales que se encuentren

<P><font face="Arial" size="2">No se encuentra, entre sus funciones, realizar
reservas de viajes salvo en aquellos casos excepcionales en los que la
plataforma no haya resuelto las necesidades del potencial viajero.</font></P></BLOCKQUOTE></BLOCKQUOTE>

<P><font face="Arial" size="2"><STRONG>VUELOS, HOTELES Y COCHES DE ALQUILER</STRONG></font></P>

turista</STRONG></font></P>

billetes cerrados. Los billetes abiertos aportan flexibilidad (se pueden
modificar las fechas/horarios) pero son entre 3 y 5 veces m�caros que las
cerrados.</font></P>
<P><font face="Arial" size="2">Para acceder a tarifas competitivas es
fundamental contratar los billetes con suficiente antelaci�recomendable
m�mo 1 semana). Por tanto, la planificaci�e los viajes es la principal v�
de ahorro de costes y, por tanto, ser�bjeto de seguimiento activo.</font></P></BLOCKQUOTE>
<P><font face="Arial" size="2"><STRONG>Hoteles: hoteles concertados y l�tes de
tarifa</STRONG></font></P>

seleccionado una serie de hoteles preferenciales en cada centro de negocio.
Estos hoteles tienen una tarifa corporativa prefijada.</font></P>
<P><font face="Arial" size="2">Adicionalmente, y para ampliar el abanico de
oferta y ser m�flexible en cuanto a ubicaci�el sistema propondr��
establecimientos hoteleros siempre que su tarifa sea tan competitiva como la de
los hoteles preferenciales.</font></P>

reservas on-line de otros medios de transporte. Para realizar una reserva es
